With the release of the world’s first aftermarket application for the TVS2650 on LS engines and the need for maximum boost levels on large capacity engines, Harrop designed the LSA Drive upgrade kit to utilise factory GM LSA FEAD offset. Taking advantage of aftermarket crank balancer pulleys up to 18% overdrive, the Harrop system utilizes the LSA drive offset and factory LSA tensioner with a unique billet idler assembly bracket to route the belt up to the Harrop FDFI2650 head unit. This design eliminates belt slip and allows higher rotational speeds of the 2650 to match larger capacity built engines.
